Job Responsibilities:

• Operates the multi-line computerized telephone system to answer, screen and forward calls in a high volume phone environment.
• Communicates with callers to identify the situation and to ascertain the appropriate on-call staff and location with whom to transfer the call.
• Assists in the resolution of patient and customer concerns and complaints.
• Checks after-hours voicemail and e-mail messages. Forwards or responds to voice mail messages. Reads and distributes e-mail messages according to Company procedures.
• Tracks and documents telephone calls.
• Performs general office support duties including copying, e-mailing, faxing, and scanning documents.
• Performs computer data entry duties.
• Maintains an organized and professional work area.
• Provides back up as needed for front reception desk.
