We constantly and consistently work to build a culture of trust, cooperation, teamwork, and respect. It’s in our handbook, and it’s dialogued regularly by Brad, Paul, and I (“One-team-one-goal”).
To that end, after careful thought and consideration DSA has decided to separate employment with Kelly Czerwinski, our Customer Service Manager, effective immediately. Kelly worked hard, and was knowledgeable and productive; we thank her for that, and for the impact she made here at DSA. We wish her continued success.
Protecting our culture is of highest priority and would like to remind everyone of its importance as we move forward from this.
In the meantime, Robyn Replogle will step in as our Customer Service Manager (in additional to her Materials Management responsibilities) until a longer term plan has been established.
