I wanted to identify the presence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in water but unfortunately I had just cetrimide agar without a filter of 0,45 µm or even pre-sterilized plastic unit . I decided to use zeolite resin to trap any bacteria in water so I took the resin and I disinfected it and I heated it for killing any bacteria trapped on surface of the resin before use it . I took sample of water, I added to the sample TSE and finely I dropped the resin in sample water. I put it in temperature chamber with temperature of 37°C for one hour. After that I extracted the risen from the sample I put it in petri dish with cetrimide agar for 48 H and I got this result showed in the photo
