Re: RIOScan that will be replaced.
As you aware, our c/s confirmed to send you replacement of RIOScan, but it should take more time to complete production of replacement due to heavy orders of RIOScan, so it would be ready for delivery at the end of this month.
Therefore, I would like to ask you if we can send it together with scheduled delivery of your order in Nov. Meanwhile, you should replace it to new RIOScan you have in stock and then you return it to RAY by our cost.
Please kindly check if we send it at the end of Nov together with cargo and let me know.
