For very urgent shipment:
Yes, you can follow up everyday until you receive the acknowledgement.
For the standard shipment :
Normally the manufacturer's order process agent is very busy. So I suggest
you to give them at least 3 working days. If you don't get their ackowledgent,
you may send the reminder on 4th working day or thereafter. I appreciate
your hard work, but, sometime the immediate follow up email may annoy them,
and our priority may get lower . I hope you understand it. This is a standard
length of the procedure in the dental industry.
