The email MUST be sent to ALL people in the list. DON’T send, CC, or BCC to people who
are NOT in the list.
However, make sure that the scores must be kept confidential which means students should NOT
know the scores of the others.
The list of students, their IDs, their email addresses, their midterm and final scores are in an
Excel file that can be downloaded HERE. ILAC logo can be download HERE.
When you get the Excel file, don’t forget to put in your name, surname and student ID in
required YELLOW box.
You have two hours for this task. That means for section A, you must send the emails by 12:00
PM and for section B, you must do it by 4:00 PM. The penalty for late submission are as follows.
1. 1-30 minutes late = 10% reduction.
2. 30-60 minutes late = 20% reduction.
3. More than 1 hour late = 30% reduction.
4. More than 6 hour late = 50% reduction.
