•Responsible for recruitment services to the whole group
•Establish the recruitment and selection strategies
•Manage and improve recruitment systems and processes
•Develop recruitment methods to attract job applicants
•Handling recruitment assignments including Screening applications and Screening candidates (by competency-based interview)
•Search for qualified candidates as per requirements of internal customers
•Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and recruit qualified candidates
•Coordinate with internal customers for job requirements, interview schedule, placement agreement, etc.
•Responsible for conducting an induction program for new hires
•Prepare recruitment budget and control documents according to company standard
