The DPD Division started to grow in earnest in the early 1980s as Domino's store growth began taking
off. In the mid-1980s, when nearly 1,000 stores were added in a single year, the DPD network grew to its
most expansive distribution structure. Our distribution centers historically have acted autonomously,
focusing intensely on excellent customer service. Each center had developed methods and procedures
tailored to support its assigned market.
