absorbance capacity (ORAC) and total radical trapping antioxidant
parameter (TRAP) assays, and the other one is based on electron
transfer, such as Trolox equivalence antioxidant capacity (TEAC),
2,2-di(4-tertoctylpheny)-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), and 2,2′-azinobis
(3-ethylbenzothiazo-line-6-sulfonate) (ABTS) assays
