Pathogenesis and Management

Abstract
With increasing life spans, the average age of our elderly population is increasing. Therefore, it is important for
physicians to understand the physiology of ageing and learn the management of special problems arising in this age
group. Urinary incontinence is a problem that often fails to get mentioned privately in the physician’s office or publicly
in our society. This article aims at improving awareness and providing a brief overview regarding the management of
this problem.
