As far as performance of these features at the convention center, the highest scores were attributed to sufficient restrooms through the convention center (mean ¼ 4:31), availability of high quality lodging facilities near the convention center (mean ¼ 4:24) and sufficient public telephones (mean ¼ 4:09). On the other hand, the lowest scores of the convention center performance were attributed to affordability of parking (mean ¼ 3:38), availability of seating throughout the center (mean ¼ 3:61), availability of upscale food services (mean ¼ 3:64), and availability of branded food services (mean ¼ 3:65).
A comparison between the level of importance and the performance of the convention facility features yielded twelve out of nineteen negative performance gaps.
