As per our discussion, we should extend her contract for 2-3 months. She can support K.Koe & Admin for this period and let's her think about her future career at the same time.
She is a smart lady, good looking, quite well of English, quick leaning, have service mind, can work along with other people. If we have an opportunity that fit to her qualifications such as Sales Support, Customer service, HR should present her to HOD for the interview. If HODs interest her to join in their team, they should wait after September.
After completed merger, we won't have a receptionist at the 3rd floor.
At the first attention that I discussed with P'Malee, we will hire her as permanent in receptionist position and move N'Miew inside. Now the policy is "CL will handle Admin&Purchasing job by themselves" It's mean that, no need more headcount for my team. So sad to say that because I really like her, she is a potential person.
Pls find suitable position in our company for her after completed merger.
