- Coordinate and implement the implement the operations plan within the framework of the budget.
- Pre-show and on-site stand by and supervision of all official show contractors included.
- Liaise with Exhibition Hall Personal, Contractors and Suppliers as required.
- Produce and master show (s) floor plan.
- Supervise and update exhibition regulations and exhibitor manual account, regarding the content and accuracy of the manaual.
- Compile and monitor the operational reporting function.
- Out Sources management.
- PO preparation in relevant to standard booth and organizer requirement.
- Consolodate complimentary report from contractors.
- Floor plan, Booth, Pavilion management and coordinate with floor plan technician.
- Produce exhibitor manual for the show (s).
- Interface with show teams to enhance customers.
- Travel as required.
- Function as integral part of overall effort in performing additional duties as required.
