3.3. ACP activity
The serum ACP activities of fish fed the diet containing 108 and
1010 cfu g1 VSG3 were significantly higher (P < 0.05) than those of
fish fed the control and 106 cfu g1 VSG3 supplemented diets, after
30 days of feeding (Table 2). After 60 days of feeding, serum ACP
activities of the treatment groups were significantly higher than
that of the control group. At both time points, fish fed the diet
containing 108 cfu g1 L. plantarum VSG3 showed the highest ACP
activity. At both point of time, a decline in serum ACP activity was
observed at higher supplementation level of VSG3 (1010 cfu g1).
