Responsibilities:
Handle the full-cycle recruitment of our Thai collaborators (excluding production positions - Officer to Manager only), with the support of a Recruitment Assistant.
Build up a positive corporate culture and improve the engagement of all collaborators in the organization by creating a complete retention program structure.
Survey and identify the necessary trainings in accordance with the needs of the Company and implement programs.
Guarantee the reliability of the compensation matters, while monitoring payroll, welfare & benefit programs, and analyzing organizational pay practices to be in line with the employment market.
Collect data and provide relevant reports and insights/recommendations on key HR metrics to help drive our companies more efficiently.
Benchmark HR trends and advise on potential areas of internal improvement.
Liaise with other HR colleagues within the Group to share and implement HR best practices.
Update HR policies and procedures on a timely basis, ensure compliance, and meet statutory requirements of local labor law as well as the needs and requirements of the operation.
Support information and various ad hoc projects assigned by Management.
