-Wash hand properly and thoroughty before start cooking,after picking something up from the floor,garbage or other areas that can lead to the cross-contamination.
- clean unifroms and clean shoes are required when enter the work area
-Woman are required to wear a hairnet or other hair restraints properly,as well as men are required to wear a Chef’s toque or hat properly.
-other personal groomings such as nails,body odours,etc.,are to be careful. No fingering a pimple or scratching his/her head or face during work time as well as snezzing in his or her hands.
-Make sure that every neterials are cleaned properly and safe before using.
-Cutting board,dedicate knives to specific foods and clean and sanitize them between all cutting job. Wash the cutting board in hot water and sanitize them after use.
