Some generals and leaders have 20 medals on their chest to display their accomplishments. Bismarck? He only gets one.

+Tizi Play Bismarck wasnt a general at all, he was a statesman and diplomat, and one of the greatest to ever grace the earth. Germany had one of Europe's shittiest diplomatic capabilities until they got Bismarck's god-tier skills and suddenly they were a world power. Helmuth von Moltke the Elder was the man fighting the unification wars, and the Franco-Prussian wars. He was a damn good general as well.

+Tizi Play He provoke the French to declare war via the Ems telegram, but Moltke was field marshall. Bismarck was First Chancellor, and guided policy, but he wasnt a military figure, but a political one.

+FA Velour He did occasionally wear military uniforms, despite never going further in a military career than a reservist (part of an image he was trying to maintain). His father was in the military. Bismarck never received an Iron Cross IIRC (Nor is "Lord" an appropriate title to him) so I guess its just an error on the part of the developers. Many pictures of Bismark have him in regular civilian clothes. He may have still been awarded some decorations for his service to the state (Many states have non military awards and decorations for outstanding civilians and civil servants)

Still the 2 most iconic German medals at his time. He was a Politican with the rank of a Lieutenant, remember that. He got the Iron Cross for his military Service and the "Pour le merite" medal for uniting Germany.

+Sam Carlisle the 'lord' is an honorary title given when civs in civ5 follow a certain policy more than the others. for example: Catherine the Great of Russia can be Catherine the Pious if she follows the piety policy more or Gustavus Adolphus the Wise if he follow rationalism. I forget what 'lord' denotes, maybe the honor policy.
