But many like U make d common mistake to take the Wrong foods that is Not Good or lack nutritions.
Example red apples n banana is very good but it is toooooo sweet (fructose ) which cannot b taken too much. Instead go for green apples.
Best body food is carrots , potatoes , a bit of tapioca etc and salad greens but must b organic free of pesticide otherwise must wash many times.
