Data Discrepancies
I need you to work with the teams on rectifying the data integrity issues identified by BCG when running the numbers and diagnosis for TH;
Thailand:
• DSO: AR & DSO values seem very off in the data, not sure AR is really the monthly average or the sum YTD or,…? But it doesn't add up.
• DSO: There are high values of past dues for customers on cash or prepayment terms for which I would expect no past due
• VDO: # of claims seems high, in the couple of millions per month
• VDO: No VRs SLA or usual payment habits for each vendor
