After i made a transaction with shoppee, the status still be 'havent paid'. So i called my credit card customer service and they said my amount was successfully approved. Then i reported the problem via shoppee email because it was not in business hours. I have been waiting for 20 hours to get responding email but hvnt got anything. So i called shoppee call center to inform my problem again! I think credit card issue is a case that you have to fix as fast as possible. Very disappointed and annoying for the first time using shoppee
