I heard bad story about WAKA from hotel. This morning I call to approach new hotel for sign up, but they say not ok to join promote with us because they inform that WAKA said, They’ve work with ctrip already and under ctrip online channel. The hotel used channel manager Xotelia brand. Ctrip and WAKA didn’t connecting with Xotelia brand. WAKA offering allotment on request to hotel.The problem is guest booking for 4 nights them cancels 1 day before date to check in , so as per cancellation hotel set 3D prior arrival 1 N charge .
The hotel can chart this booking 1 nights, but WAKA refund to guest for 4 nights. Owner tried to contract them but not have any feedback and support also.
Now they not have confidence between Ctrip and Waka. Even I tried to approach allotment on request, because hotel used this option with WAKA.
