Where is your main area of responsibility? Having a 360° view of your surroundings is very important not just to see if your guests need assistance but also for maintaining a clean room. Never forget to keep your service area clean and remember that in a nightclub, where the tempo is much higher, this is something you need to check more frequently. However, when focusing on one task you should never forget about what is going on around you, so always try to have a 360° view of the room.
