Normally, this kind of case, we will invoice your company but owner pays directly to you. Since we have never done any deal before, would it be OK if you:
1. Sign off the quotation- for acceptance- if you do not have PO.
2. We will issue the invoicing under your company – 50% TT paying in advance to us first and another 50% will have to be post dated cheque ( company cheque)
3. Should the owner want to pay directly to us, we need to have the address etc, names of owner so we can issue proper invoice to him.
