7.1 SalaryPackageThai Baht Twenty TwoThousand (Baht 22,000) gross per month;
A.Salary & Conditions:
i) the entire amount of which shall be settled in local currency to the employee account monthly in arrears on the last banking day of each month and;
ii) which package will include additional Baht Six Hundred(B600.00) which shall be for telephone, mobile phone usage by the employee for business purposes based on requirement to be in communication with Directors, client sites and support team, if this is changed in role this allowance will be adjusted.
iii) Shall be taxable at the applicable rate under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand
iv)Team Revenue and activity Goals for each year shall form an integral part of this agreement and shall be agreed in writing by the Employer and Employee by 31 October of each year and in the case of the starting year within thirty (30) days of the start date.
v) You will have a performance review at the end of your probation period and subject to the results of your probation period activities and performance you will be entitled to receive an increment in your salary package at the discretion of the board of directors.
