Please make sure your game is connected to Google Play Games/Game Center account by going to the in-game menu & clicking the Game Center/Google Play button. If it was connected to it before the progress was lost - this is what can help you redeem it without our help.
If that did not work for you - please provide us with the information requested below:
1. The nickname that was used (please, provide the exact spelling including all symbols, small and capital letters).
2. Your hangar level
3. The approximate amount of your silver, gold and Workshop points
4. Number of slots unlocked in your hangar
In case of item/credits loss or unintended item sell:
1. The name of the exact item / the amount of credits missing
2. When it went missing / when it was sold
