Vietnamese Food : Preparation Crepe stuffing of Vietnamese Crepes
1. prepare powder by mix all Crepes Powder ingredients together and make it to combine.
2. Prepare mincemeat by heat oil in a pan and then put garlic stir around 10 sec and then put pork , green onion, fish sauce stir it until it to combine.serve in a bowl.
3. heat a pan and then put little oil in a pan and then put powder to and pan and make it like a circle. by use low heat. wait until it change color to yellow.
4. put bean sprouts and pork that already prepare before this to a pan. and then Fold dough in half.
5. Serve in a dish with vegetable.
