Perception is one of the personal factors that determine consumer behavior. The term "personal factors" refers to the closest environment of a person, including everything that is inside the person, his head and soul, characterizing him as a personality. Using his sensory receptors and being influenced by external factors as discussed above, the person receives information, accepts and adapts it, forms his personal attitude, opinion, and motive, which can be defined as factors that will influence his further activity and behavior
