Could you share what checking on the containers has been done with forwarders (correspondence, documentation/checklist they provided back to your query etc.)?
At this point I haven’t seen anything other then the generic statement “If the damage of product is not due to the damage of the containers, industry and insurance practice, unable to claim.” (which I agree with, only that’s doesn’t’ seem an investigation)
