Part 1:
1. To measure calcium and phosphorus content of sample, must use Ash solution
2. Use 10g of sample and put in furnace to burn at 550 degrees.
3. Take out from furnace, add 5ml of concentrated nitric acid, then boil for 5 min on a hotplate
4. Put nitric acid to make the volume the same before boiling
5. Put solution into a container, add 40 ml distilled water and boil for 10mins
6. After boiling, the solution can now be used to measure calcium and phosphorus
