I raised this subject during our previous 1-2-1, would like to emphasize here what suppose to be.
2015 is going to close soon. While BFT teams (both BPL and NSP) are able to bring 2015 operation performance to another new height as compare to 2014's achievements. The results come not without "efforts and hardships" of respective functions, as well as Sewing Team. More important, is the mutual understanding which driving by conflicts which evolved into "collaborations".
Therefore, I would ask you to reflect:
what Sewing PRD has changed to bring yours result to today's level
what other functions have changed in supporting Sewing PRD can achieve this result
what feedback/comment that you would provide to other functions in recognition to their efforts and supports in 2015
what else can be done from other functions, to enable Sewing PRD in reaching another new record in 2016
what else can be done within Sewing PRD, to achieve another new record in 2016 (this shall come from your OEE Brainstorming Sessions that you have conducted with your teams)
