We got the approval and confirmation to start the 3rd Floor reception and meeting room renovation. The work will start on 15th August with completion by 14th September and the contractor will work after office hours. This will however mean, that all (!) 3rd floor meeting rooms will be out of inventory/not able to use them during this time. We will have a clear and clean entrance during office hours, as the contractors will clean up prior leaving the premise.
Information and signage will be placed accordingly and the receptionists will be briefed next week.
K. Wanida and her team will handle the project and with K. Neera and me being at her support.
This will however cause some shortage of meeting space and we kindly ask your all assistance, understanding and support. To think out of the box and schedule with what we have. The receptionists will be under additional stress and please help them and not giving them a hard time.
The contractor will be identified and each to be listed, the list as attendant and entrance to 3rd floor will be controlled through building security and to have additional fire extinguishers on stand-by and ready prepared. One of the three lifts will be identified and protected for material delivery and debris clearing. I therefore have CC’d DTBK and for them to be aware during after office hours and their fire team/ERT to be aware and on ‘fire-watch’ (K. Taweesak/DoE please handle).
