(viii) HRD focuses on need satisfaction of employees through
achievement, recognition and consequent rewards. If an
employee perceives a better working condition and good
environment, automatically there would be a positive
response from the employee side to match individual objective
with institution’s need.
(ix) HRD helps in protecting the human rights. A better educated
employee is well aware of its rights and also better able to
protect against human rights violation. Improved workplace
environment and workforce rights are recognized with HRD.
(x) HRD can lead to a change in social perception of a country
and can result in the development of the society. Better
educated and skilled people can think better and act with
more intelligence and its consequence will be a change of the
social environment.
