The Embassy of the Republic of Poland advices all applicants, that it is necessary to register the visa application on-line before visiting the Embassy (see section: on-line appointment registration). As a general rule applicants apply personally for the visa. The tour groups over 5 persons should contact the office in advance.
The visa process takes 15 calendar days countring from the date of submitting the application. However, the time may be either shortened or extended according to the case nature and number of applications submitted at the same time.
"Express service" is not available.
The Embassy reserves the right to require additional documentation at any time.
Obtaining a Schengen or Polish visa does not guarantee entering the territory of Schengen or Poland. The final decision is to be taken by the Border Guard Officer at the point of entry to Schengen Zone.
Visa fee: the equivalent of 60 EURO in Thai Baht (NOTE: Payments are accepted in cash only).
For the purpose of the VIS system, applicants are required to provide their biometric data (fingerprints and a photograph) when applying for a Schengen visa.
