Usually tickets are sent using track and traceable delivery services, such as UPS and FedEx. We also send tickets as e-tickets, which are uploaded by the seller onto our website and can be printed at home. Some tickets are also sold for collection, you will be provided with pickup locations and details after the order is made.
Event organisers usually don't dispatch tickets, including e-tickets, until very close to the event. The sellers of your tickets will dispatch them as soon as possible after they receive them, so you should expect to receive the tickets in the week leading up to the event.
You can get a status of your order by logging into my Account, and Clicking on "Purchases" under "Buying".
If your order is en route or has been delivered, click the Green "Track Order" button to get the shipping details.
