Subsequent to my update that the invoices issued recently are being processed by my finance team, I received today a letter threatening suspension of services as off CoP today.
Please accept my statement of dismay as to how Regus treats their customers. We rent an office in Singapore, have signed up in BKK and most likely will need the same in multiple locations.
The Regus team could only confirm some technical issues with the BKK office 10 days ago and we now receive a threatening letter. This is not the sort of relationship we expect from Regus and on which we can build a long-term partnership.
