The second study on inter-method agreement found a weak association between
workers’ ratings of postural stresses at work and the frequency o f non-neutral postures
observed at their jobs. Musculoskeletal pain and other ergonomic exposures (e.g, force,
high job demand) influenced workers’ ratings to some extent. Further researches need to
be carried out on the reliability and validity o f self-reported exposures for different
stressors, their exposure dimensions, and rating systems, against other valid exposure
