We request that you please resubmit your completed shipping instruction, or just the missing details, before the cut off Date/Time listed on your booking confirmation using either:
• Your respective E channel (Through website, INTRA, EDI etc.) and we should provide the verify copy to you within 8 working hours of receipt.
OR
• By sending an e-mail to MNLGSCIDX and we should provide the Verify Copy to you within 12 working hours of receipt.
Please note: If complete shipping instructions are not received by the referenced deadline we will be unable to load your cargo on the booked vessel and additional charges may apply.
