ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were aimed to study the state and the Problems as well as the suggestions on conflict management of school administrators in Sop Moei District under Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Population included of 58. The tool used in this research was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The findings were as follow: The managing conflicts of school administrators in Sop Moei District under Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Overall were at high level . When considering the average order from most to least. Cooperation in the field was at high level, followed by compromise was at a high level, the sanctioning was at a high level , to avoid was moderate and the beat ranking was moderate.
The problems found that everyone thinks their idea was right. Difference of opinion, everyone had a different idea. It's hard to find a settlement. Share the responsibilities and problems of their own, the rules of the government toke a strict.
The suggestions were to reduce its own down, met me halfway. Everyone involved should make a comment to the goal. Speaking with the verbal fluency had a reason, to avoid issues that were not important ,to the opportunity ,to forgave and excuse the mistake.
