Please be informed that LSP detected port didn’t sync and they suspected the end customer had power issue at their site which cause router didn’t work.
In addition, LSP would like us to check with the end customer for the power status.
Moreover, we have tried to contact with the end customer (Mr. Somchai Tel+662 1374767) but couldn’t reach.
Could you please provide another the end customer contact to us for check with them again.
