The 100-gallon fuel tank is equipped with a fuel level indictor, external fill and a drain connection. The tank
is constructed of heavy gauge welded sheet metal, or optional stainless steel panels. An engine driven
mechanical fuel pump delivers the fuel. The fuel system consists of fuel injectors, fuel manifolds, fuel
strainer/water separator, mechanical fuel lift pimp, final fuel filter, interconnecting lines and fitting. Fuel is
drawn from the supply tank through the fuel strainer and enters the fuel pump inlet. The fuel pump, belt
driven by the engine, delivers fuel under pressure to the final filter before it passes through fuel lines to the
inlet side of each injector. Fuel, atomized by the injectors, is sprayed in metered amounts into the engine
combustion chambers. Surplus fuel passes through the fuel return manifold back to the supply tank.
