This report suffers from very poor English, the standard of which is way below what a PG student is expected to have. However the candidate does show a grasp of the main concepts and their application to strategy. The measures for IP protection also reflect a fairly adequate understanding and the context. In particular the suggestion of protecting the new technology with a patent and registered design merits additional consideration. However overall, apart from the poor level of English, the candidate has also shown complete unawareness of the spelling for a trademark (spelt as treadmark), coupled with a lack of knowledge of how to cite accurately. See the report for the correct way of referencing.
