1. Your Telecom not refunding my money back
I am a frustrated customer of your company. My name is Tommy Real. My order number is 435320. I purchased your company broadband connection for 4 months, but due to your poor service, I terminated the connection on 20 August 2008. As per the rules of the company, I have already paid all the outstanding bills and returned the modem to your Sales Executive, Mr. Sanchez on the same date. He promised me that I would get my money back in 15 days. Now it is 28 January 2009, but I still have not received my money and I have not had any contact from Mr. Sanchez or your customer service. Worse than that, your company keeps calling me to pay the bill for the service that I canceled. Please contact me as soon as possible.
2. No Response and super slow speed
This is Erika Watson. I’m calling your company to make a complaint about the slow speed of the internet when it does connect and often there is no connection at all. I got stuck without a connection from 11 January to 20 January. I tried to get it repaired but it still didn’t work. On 21 January the connection came back but, with a very slow speed, 3 kb a second. I contacted your customer service department, but no one answered. Please send someone urgently to fix it, otherwise I will cancel my account and find a better company that is willing to take good care of my request. You can contact me at mobile number 080-455-1238.
