HR MANAGER
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
• Providing in-depth knowledge of HR legal requirements, employment contracts and government reporting to ensure company compliance withal related issues.
• Leading recruiting efforts including interviews, tests, selection and onboarding of employees. Cooperating with external service providers.
• Coordinating employee development activities including training and mentoring programmer and assisting employees with development plans.
• Managing compensation planning, personnel planning, salaries and talent reviews.
• Managing the employee performance review process to ensure completion and development activities for areas needing improvement.
• Maintaining all employee records and necessary HR statistics.
• Working with local management teams to provide an insight and resolutions associated with employee relations issues, disciplinary procedures and other activities.
• Being responsible for timekeeping and payroll.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in human resources or any related field.
• At least 5 year experience in a Human Resource lead role; preferably in a plant environment or service industry.
• Good knowledge of labor law.
• Good English language skills, good computer skills.
• Ability to work independently, flexibly and proactive.
