- Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in preparing and serving of food and beverages in restaurant.
- Responsible for efficiency of service in Restaurant / Bar / Pool / In room dining and Banquet.
- Assume the responsibilities of the Food& Beverage Manager in his absence.
- Develops good rapport with all regular guests; attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries and immediately takes all required corrective measures.
- Trains personnel according to established procedures; Conducts orientation of all new employees and ongoing training of all staff.
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
