driver across the check points on the way from Myawaddy to Yangon, they have to show that ID to officers. When driver reached to Unicity warehouse, when we are not around Unicity staff take over those documents from driver directly.
When we are there (upon delivery) we take those documents from driver and hand-over original documents to Unicity staff, they come and collect documents from our office.
That document missing seems to be 1 time Unicity staff take directly from driver. Now we are trying to get duplicate copy from customs office at Myawaddy border and keep you/Unicity informed status.
2) Duty advance is not possible as the amount is really big and we cannot pay in advance (in case of you have asked for 22% first payment)
3) We can provide the solution for warehouse storage as well as distribution services, but we need to know handling in/out per week/month and address of their agencies.
