1. Extent, which refers to how much the text is included in the translation process. There are two features in tern of extent, that is if all part of the text are translated, it is called by catford(1965) Full Translation, but if only some parts of the text are translated, it is called partial translation.
2. Level, which focuses on the levels of phonology,graphology,and grammar and lexis of the source language(SL) translated in to the target language (TL). It is categorized into two sub-groups:total translation,that all levels are translated,and restricted translation,that translation occurs at only one level.
