As per our conversations by phone, please be inform no show charge for this booking due to we have provide service for client from original arrival time at 20.10 hrs but flight was delayed and landed at 01.20 hrs, we've waited at our meeting point Gate no.5.
At 02.20 we have call to check with hotel and found that client was arrived but hotel staff misunderstanding the companies that make No show and not wait for the customer, because of the delay from the original arrival time 20.10 hrs to 1.20 hrs
