Develop and execute marketing plan and brand strategies.
• Execute visual display and POS decoration both department stores and retail shops.
• Plan promotion and execution on promotional materials including sales presenter
• Monitor & implement marketing activities to ensure the most effectiveness.
• Forecast sales volume per SKU for responsible products to establish sales target
• Produce, order planning and replenishment order.
• Oversee brand business development and improve market share.
• Monitoring on stock management and manage stock effectively.
• Seek business partners to do marketing and increase brand awareness.
• Establish strength brand loyalty with excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with oversea company to manage event booth at international exhibition.
• Assist other business unit team on assigned brands in aspect of P&L.
