Job’s duties:
Ensure operation executive staff supervision
Support and advise reservation team in their daily tasks
Advise Sales about right itineraries according to clients’ profile
Support Production Department on development of new products
Ensure good guide selection, training and booking/management
Dealing with suppliers for fast confirmation & professionalism
Pre-checking services to make sure all services have been booked before client's arrival
Dealing with trouble which may happen on tour implementing
Co-operate with accounting Dept in payment to suppliers
Report to Accounting and Management (Bangkok Office)
Job Requirements:
Nationality: Thai
University: Bachelor Degree in Hotel/Tourism management/Foreign Language or related fields
Excellent English writing and speaking skills
Good knowledge about Thailand + European markets is highly appreciable
Pleasant personality, polite, open-minded, talkative
Good organization and management skills
Ability on data processing (PC , Microsoft Software)
Hard worker and very enthusiastic
Ability to be calm and productive under extreme high pressures
Flexible, be willing, creativity, autonomy and good sense of product’s evaluation
Minimum 2 years experience in similar position/company (highly recommended)
Advantage: German OR French speaking & writing skills
