. Any such display that infringes on a Third-Party’s rights is prohibited.
3. Third-Party Names/Logos or Sub-Brands must not in any way dominate the Best Western Brand in quantity, frequency, size, and/ or scope, or be in a more superior position.
4. All collateral materials, publications, websites and/or other promotional items identifying any Third-Party Names/Logos or Sub-Brands must be discreet and must not dominate and/or overpower any display of the Best Western Brand within the same publication, page or item.
